How Does Our System Work?

• Each account will be given a number of Search Units depending on the service(s) subscribed.
• Search Unit(s) will be deducted from each account depending on the type of search did or order placed.
• An Account Overview of used and remaining Search Unit(s) will be shown at the end of each transaction so subscribers can decide if they wish to acquire more Search Unit(s).
• All Search Unit(s) have to be acquired/subscribed/paid before any searches can be made unless expressly specified under any prior written agreement.
• All Search Unit(s) can be used solely for conducting searches on creditcheck.com.hk or creditcheck.hk and cannot be used for any other purpose.
• Search Unit(s) are non-refundable and cannot be converted into cash.

How Can You Check Your Account Overview?

• We provide all Members/Subscribers with details of the Search Unit(s) on their accounts.
• Each search done counts as one transaction or spent one (1) Search Unit or more depending on mode of search, and the relevant number of Search Units will be deducted from the account. Once all Search Units are used up, you can top up or request more Search Units for respective service(s) subscribed. You cannot make any further search or place an order if your Search Units’ remaining balance is zero.
